Successful action against solicitors for negligence and breach of duty in serving four defective notices under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s25, which failed to terminate the lease of a road frontage used for advertising. In selling the freehold, the plaintiff suffered loss through the postponement of completion and having to accept a lower sale price.
