Announcements of new RICS divisional managers for 1996/7 with a brief account of each of their background and intentions: a) Rory Joyce elected president of planning and development division; b) Ian Watson elected president of minerals division; c) Martin Coulson elected president of the land and hydrographic division; d) Mark Wightman elected president of general practice division; e) Ken Hawley elected president of building surveyors division; f) Geoffrey Ashworth elected president of quantity surveyors division; g) Edward Perkins elected president of rural practice division.
