The Law Society has warned solicitors of a lease, which allows for enormous rent review settlements and which has caught out a number of their members. A celebrated instance of this lease, is where the tenant of the fish restaurant , the Blue Dolphin, fell for the trap and took legal action to prove that this lease was contrary to public policy.
