Cunningham v Reading Football Club Ltd 1991, finding the occupier liable to policemen, injured by fans hurling concrete dislodged from the terracing, because the occupier should have seen that such violence was "very likely" to occur and have therefore kept the concrete in good repair, has implications for owners of recreational premises.
