Felgate (VO) v British Steel plc LT 20 March 1991. The tribunal allowed the appeal by the VO regarding the assessment of warehouse and office building only half a mile from the Isle of Dogs Enterprise Zone as there was no evidence that the proximity of the EZ adversely affected the rental values of hereditaments in the area.
