LVT 28 March 1995. The applicant landlord (G) applied under Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 s70 for approval for a management scheme for their Mayfair estate. Included in the scheme were provisions for three-yearly external decorations, recovery of costs in considering applications for altering any premises and a fee for the scheme`s administration. The scheme was approved as being in accordance with Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 s70.
