Repairing covenants - 1995 - Estates Gazette Case Summaries 1995 EGCS 139 (5 August 1995) .

"British Telecommunications plc v Sun Life Assurance Society plc", CA 28 July 1995, held that a covenant to keep premises in repair obliged the covenantor to keep them in repair at all times, so there was a breach of the obligation as soon as a defect occurred. Appeal dismissed.
