The Homesurvey Group has launched the `Property Report` for vendors and purchasers which incorporates the AA`s National Breakdown and a guarantee underwritten by Lloyds for up to £1m per incident for major breakdowns or structural defects. The Report is more detailed than a conventional survey and is to be carried out by surveyors.
