"Elland Developments v Smith and others", ChD 24 July 1995. A solicitor was acting for the vendor and the possessor on the sale of land. Two houses were erected on the land but were difficult to sell. Action was taken against the solicitors for alleged negligence and breach of duty. Action dismissed.
