"Manortarn v Rose and Bird", QBD 20 July 1995. The plaintiff acquired commercial property for investment and the defendant solicitors failed to inform the plaintiff of break clauses in the leases. The defendants conceded failure to advise but pleaded contributory negligence on the plaintiff`s part. Judgment for the plaintiff.
