"Campbell and another v Meacocks", CA 26 July 1995. C sought damages fromm M, a firm of chartered surveyors for an allegedly negligent report and valuation by them on a bungalow. Following valuation, C discovered the the building was suffering from subsidence. M denied liability and said action was barred by the Limitation Act 1980 s2. Appeal by yhe defendants dismissed.
