In Parker-Tweedle v Dunbar Bank plc and others , CA 14 December 1989, it was held that a mortgagees duty to a mortgagor to obtain a proper price when exercising power of sale over mortgaged property did not extend to persons other than the mortgagor who had a beneficial interest in the property.
