QBD 19 June 1992. H appealed under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s299 against a decision refusing planning permission for change of use from public house to an amusement arcade. Premises situated in a busy city centre pedestrianised street in a conservation area. Local plan policies considered. Held that the Inspector had not erred in law in interpretation of the local plan. Appeal dismissed.
