In Young and Others v Dalgety plc CA 17 November 1986 the judge dismissed an appeal against a high court decision that when determining the open-market rent of premises in accordance with the rent review clause of the lease, floor coverings and light fittings supplied by the landlords were to be regarded as tenants` fixtures .
