ChD 7 June 1991. Application by landlords (C) for leave to appeal under Arbitration Act 1979 s1(2) from an arbitrator`s award on a rent review dispute. "Ipswich BC v Fisons" CA 1990 considered. Held that C failed to prove that the arbitrator had made an error in law in failing to use comparables when considering the award. Application for leave to appeal refused.
