In Imperial College of Science and Technology v Ebdon (V O) CA 13 November 1986 the rating authority appealed against a Tribunal`s determination of the rateable value of premises occupied by Imperial College on the grounds that the decision contained fundamental errors in the use of the contractor`s method of valuation. The appeal was dismissed.
