UK postpones EC safety laws - 1993 - Building 258(35) 27 August 1993, 9(1) .
A meeting of the Health and Safety Commission has decided to delay the implementation of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations which were due to come into force in January 1994. Meanwhile the Government has launched its own review of health and safety law.
