LT 4 November 1991. Consent was given to reduce the height of 26 trees provided that the work be carried out by an approved contractor. The claimant maintained that he could have carried out the work himself at no cost. He was awarded the cost of the contractor`s fee with the estimated cost of hiring plant, which would have been required, deducted.
