In Prekookeanska Plovidba v L N T Lines SRL QBD 27 June 1988 it was held that moneys held by solicitors in a client account were not really the client`s money at all, but were held by the solicitors in that manner because of the mandatory requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Rules 1986 .
