A DTZ Debenham Thorpe survey shows that the amount of available office space in central London has fallen by 17% since mid-1992. Figures reflect a gradual increase in demand but also the impact of the Bishopsgate bomb which had major implications for availability in the City. A survey by Richard Ellis reports a similar decline in office space.
