National Power is set to lose up to £20m on a lease on offices at Senator House, Queen Victoria Street, which it negotiated at the peak of the market in 1990. National Power, now relocating some staff to Swindon, is seeking to assign the lease but is unlikely to negotiate a high enough rent.
