"Brent Kelly v Cooper Associates (a firm)" Privy Council 19 October 1992. The decision of the Bermuda Court of Appeal, that the estate agent had no duty to disclose to a client vendor that purchasers of the property were also intending to buy the neighbouring property, was upheld.
