The CSW/Gallup property confidence index shows a fall in confidence amongst property professionals. The main conclusions are that British Land is seen as the most successful company in the 1991 property market, the Conservatives seen as the best party for property and London is shown as the least favourite location. Includes a table of the increase and decrease of holdings in the regions of the UK and a brief outline of the conclusions for industrial, retail and office property.
