In Governors of the Peabody Donation Fund v London Residuary Body , ChD 17 July, the Peabody Donation Fund had sought against the LRB a declaration pursuant to the Law of Property Act 1925 s84(2) that the restrictive covenants , the right of pre-emption, and the option to re-purchase in the event of breach of covenants contained in a conveyance dated 9 February 1882 were unenforceable.
