"Trafford v SoS for the Environment and another" QBD 21 February 1992. Although the planning board should have informed the inspector of the changed status of the local plan, which had been altered in favour of housing for local needs, this breach of justice was not found to have prejudiced the refusal of permission for residential development since the chief concern of the inspector was the protection of the landscape of the National Park.
