In a High Court action to recover fees, Keith Cardale had to defend a counterclaim of breach of duty and negligence as a result of a joint agreement between Keith Cardale and another agent to act as joint agents on the resale of individual properties about to be sold as a portfolio. The properties fetched greater prices on the resale leading to the negligence claims.
