Adverse possession of land - 1992 - Farm Law 1(2) February 1992, 24-26(3) .

Examines two recent cases "Bladder v Phillips" (1991 EGCS 109) and "Marsden v Miller and others" (WB2809-42) under Limitation Act 1980 s15 which claims that when land is taken into possession by a stranger, the owner or someone with legitimate rights of possession has 12 years to re-establish their right from the date at which the right of action first accrued.
