Landlord C sued his solicitors for negligence, claiming damages for breaches of contract and duty of care resulting from the defendants` alleged mishandling of a rent review arbitration, where the result was unsatisfactory to the plaintiff. "Held": the defendant was in breach and so the claim was granted.
