Tens of thousands of acres of farmland in five counties are being opened up to horse riders by the introduction of £2 a week toll bridlepaths. Nearly 200 landowners and farmers have entered into the agreement with the organisations running the scheme, East Anglian Farm Rides and South Eastern Toll Rides. The Rambler`s Association has announced plans to make it legally possible to roam across thousands of acres of open moorland.
