Deals with the twin cases "Linden Gardens Trust Ltd v Lenesta Sludge Disposals Ltd"; "St Martins Property Corporation Ltd v Sir Robert McAlpine", which held that the prohibition on assignment does not prevent the assignment of accrued claims to a third party but does prevent the assignment of the benefit of the contract.
