QBD 17 July 1991. It was held that the SoSs had not erred in law by rejecting the contention that an alternative route for the link road could be proposed at the public inquiry into the side roads to the link road. It was held that the applicants, representatives of the Society for the Preservation of the Field of the Battle of Naseby, merely wished to re-open the dispute over the main route of the link road.
