EC health and safety proposals

EC health and safety proposals - 1990 - Construction News no 6179, 6/9/90 p1,2 .

According to a draft EC directive , construction clients will have to draw up safety plans and name individuals responsible for health and safety before work will be able to start on site. It is hoped that the directive will become law by 1994.
