Skilleter and others v Charles

Skilleter and others v Charles - 1992 - Estates Gazette (1992) 13 EG 113-118(3) .

CA 19 December 1991. An appeal, seeking relief in connection with service charges, was dismissed. The landlord was found to be entitled to charge interest and bank charges because the tenants had not paid the maintenance charges. The management fees were in order since, although the landlord owned the management company, this was found to be genuine and not a sham.
