Growth at Fletcher King , the chartered surveyors slowed in the first half, but profits increased 10%, checking the trend towards lower earnings seen among other companies in this part of the property sector . Debenham, Tewson and Chinnocks have announced interim pre-tax profits of 19%, the largest increase among the five companies recently reporting.
