Keeping premises open - 1995 - Scotsman 26 April 1995, 12(1) .

In "Retail Parks Investments Ltd v Royal Bank of Scotland", Outer House 24 March 1995, it was held that it was appropriate to grant interim order in favour of the landlord of a shopping centre ordaining a banking tenant to keep premises open for business as bank office during normal business hours, pending the resolution of a dispute as to the extent of the bank`s obligations under the lease.
