"Paper Properties Ltd v Power Corporation plc and another" CA 15 December 1994. The defendants (PC) bought the freehold of a property from PP with an agreement to make a further payment if a sale or letting was arranged within a specified time. This was achieved and an initial payment made. Dispute arose over secondary payments and PP successfully appealed against a decision of the High Court.
