CA 4 December 1991. The plaintiffs (T) appealed against a court order which had dismissed their claim against the defendant (M) for possession of temporary residential accommodation. Dispute had arisen when T`s offer of a permanent tenancy elsewhere was declined, M arguing he had a secure licence under the Housing Act 1985. After differing interpretations of the terms `leased` and `lessor` T`s appeal was allowed.
