"Lloyd and others v Nationwide Anglia Building Society" ChD 8 May 1996. A declaration that a mortgager, acting as a receiver, did not have priority of payment for charges owed, to that of the seller (who had created charges on the same day), when there was failure to note obligation on the charges register, was dismissed.
