In "Chelsea Football and Athletic Co Ltd v SB Property Co Ltd", the plaintiff`s appeal was dismissed to allow specific performance of the contract in question, and SB`s counterappeal allowed. The CA was unwilling in principle to accept C`s contentions as they would have surpassed the terms of the original contract.
