"Bromley LBC v SoS Environment and another" QBD 13 January 1994. An appeal against an inspector`s decision to allow continued non-agricultural use of farm buildings and adjacent land in green belt. Although reuse of redundant farm buildings was appropriate in green belt, it was held that the inspector was wrong in law to apply PPG 2 para 16 to land outside the redundant buildings.
