"Hughes & another v Greenwich LBC" HL 21 October 1993. A headmaster (H) had occupied a house on school grounds subject to his contract of employment by G, and claimed he was entitled by the Housing Act 1985 ptV to purchase the premises. The Lords agreed he was not excluded by Schedule 1 from buying and quashed G`s appeal.
