In "Evans and another v Tompkins" CA 1 February 1993, dismissed an appeal against the CC decision refusing to allow the tenant to convert a licence for grazing land into an agricultural tenancy under Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 s2, as the applicant did not enjoy exclusive possession of the land.
