In "R v Beaconsfield Magistrates Court ex parte South Buckinghamshire DC" QBD 12 February 1993, refused an application for a judicial review, upheld a decision to adjourn prosecution for breach of enforcement notices due to exceptional cirumstances of state of health and age whilst ruling that the principle laid down in Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s179(5) should be enforced.
