Appeal by landlord (L) against CC decision upholding the tenant (S)`s claim that (L) was in breach of the covenant implied by s32(1) of the Housing Act 1961 for damage to plaster caused by condensation. After considering the evidence, the CA upheld S`s claim that L was in breach of covenant. Appeal dismissed.
