"Stainer v SoS for the Environment and another" QBD 29 October 1992. It was held that the six-week statutory period, within which an aggrieved party could appeal against a planning decision under Town and Country Planning Act 1988 s288, did include Christmas bank holidays therefore the appeal in question was found to be out of time.
