"R v SoS Environment ex parte Sutton LBC and another" CA 7 February 1997. The Local Government Act 1972 s68 (now Local Government Act 1992 s20) gave local authorities the statutory right to seek a transfer or compensation for loss of property due to boundary changes by process of arbitration.
