"London & Leeds Ltd v Paribas Ltd" CA 1 April 1993. The CA interpreted simple assumptions to be made at a rent review. The assumption that the property was fit for immediate occupation and that `tenant`s works required by a willing tenant had already been completed` did not require the arbitrator in settling the valuation to consider what tenant`s works would be required by the hypothetical tenant.
