2.5bn ECU for UK industrial areas - 1997 - The week in Europe (WE/08/97) 27 February 1997 (1) .

EU funding of 2.5bn ECU will go to 10 areas in the UK in industrial decline following approval in principle by the Commission of programmes worth 6.2bn ECU for Objective 2 regions.
