"United Dominions Trust Ltd v Shellpoint Trustees" CA 19 March 1993. The mortgagee of a lease, which had been forfeited for non-payment of rent, was a lessee under County Courts Act 1984 s140 and having failed to apply for relief against forfeiture within the time limit, was barred under s138(7) from obtaining relief.
