In "BFI Group of Companies Ltd v DCB Integration Systems Ltd", High Court 12 June 1987, disputes arose which were submitted to arbitration under the provisions of the JCT Minor Works agreement. DCB claimed further payment for building work and BFI raised a set-off and counterclaim in respect of defective work and delay.
